Mid afternoon I realized I had the bar you sent me and told myself… Eh, Lets move some energy, I will have a square. Seeing that they were small, I was like .. Ok how about two squares. An hour later.. Wow. I felt heart opening and a lot Body wise. I chalked it up to a long day, yoga energy, and my own energy needing to move. Today I was like.. Ok lets see if that was me or me interacting with this bar.. I had some work I needed to get into, I figured the flow could be useful. Again, beside myself.. Two squares.. they are so well crafted.. The energy is beautiful. The ratios, the taste, it’s so balanced… Compliments to you and your team.
